Goylo Terms of Service

Using Goylo

You must be at least 16, provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and use Goylo lawfully. You are responsible for activity under your account and for content you create.

Your content

You retain ownership of your content. You grant Goylo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, and process it only as needed to operate, improve, secure, and promote the Goylo service. Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.

Safety

You must follow the Community Guidelines. Goylo may filter content, investigate reports, remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts to protect users and the service. Use in-app report and block controls for unsafe conduct; contact local emergency services for immediate danger.

Matches and real-world activity

Goylo is an organizing tool and does not supervise matches or venues. Users are responsible for assessing participants, locations, equipment, health, permissions, and local rules. Participation is at your own risk to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as available and may change or experience interruptions. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Otherwise, Goylo is not responsible for indirect losses or user conduct.

Ending use

You may stop using Goylo or permanently delete your account at any time. Goylo may suspend or end access for serious or repeated violations. Provisions that by nature should survive termination remain effective.
